Appeal after young boy assaulted in Welton

Police are appealing for eyewitnesses and information after an assault in Welton. Welton is within the West Lindsey District, 6 miles (9.65 Km) away from Lincoln and 19.4 miles (31.22 Km) from Gainsborough.

The rider of a red and black motorbike grabbed a boy of primary school age on Ryland Road at around 5.50 pm on Friday, 23 February.

They were wearing red and black and were accompanied by another motorbike rider.

The boy was uninjured in the incident.

Investigators are pursuing all lines of enquiry as they attempt to piece together what happened and are now appealing for information from the public.
