Between the Lines: the creative journey of a children’s author
Join three acclaimed Lincolnshire children’s authors, Bethany Walker, Mary Auld and Helen Hancocks, for an evening of conversation, creativity and insights at Lincoln Central Library on Saturday 27th September from 6pm.
Hear the stories behind their stories as they take us behind the scenes of their creative processes. Learn how they take a story from first spark to published work, and discover how picture books can capture the imagination of all ages.

Accompanying the talk is a fascinating exhibition offering a rare glimpse into the authors creative processes with images of their works from early scribblings to final published illustrations. The exhibition at Lincoln Central Library runs from Monday 15th September until Saturday 4th October during usual library hours and is free to view.
