Stephanie McLaggan, 37, of North Warren Road, Gainsborough, pleaded not guilty to the murder of Gillian Connelly, 44, when she appeared at Lincoln Crown Court earlier.
Steven Lowther, 45, and Jade Glover, 28, both of Wheeldon Street, Gainsborough, also appeared, and each pleaded guilty to perverting the course of justice in connection with the case.
Lincolnshire Police was called to Wheeldon Street at 04:20 BST on 28 July. Ms Connelly was found with severe injuries and died later in hospital.
Ms McLaggan appeared at Lincoln Crown Court via a video link from Peterborough prison.
Judge Simon Hirst adjourned the case for Ms McLaggan’s trial, which will take place at Lincoln Crown Court on 20 January.
Ms McLaggan was remanded back into custody and will next appear for a pre-trial hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on 20 December.
Lowther and Glover’s charges relate to interfering with a crime scene and giving the police a false account.
Lowther and Glover were granted bail and will be sentenced at the end of McLaggan’s trial.
Judge Hirst warned the pair they were likely to receive a prison sentence.
