Engine House gets Gainsborough workplaces moving

It’s cold, it’s wet and the winter sniffles are in full swing, but this month Gainsborough based Engine House Fitness is on a mission to make sure local businesses go into the New Year fighting fit.

Engine House Fitness, owner by Personal Trainer and professional athlete Paul Cooke, has today announced they are to offer all Gainsborough Businesses a one-month FREE Workplace Well-being programme starting in December.

The programme, which is delivered online via a bespoke workplace portal, provides all employees of Gainsborough businesses with access to hundreds of workouts and delicious recipes free of charge for one month. The cost-of-living crisis is real, but Engine House Fitness is keen we don’t put a price on employee well-being.

Each year, sick days cost businesses billions in lost productivity, and simple things like prolonged sitting and poor nutrition have a big role to play. Paul is keen to improve workplace well-being and support other local businesses with knowledge and information as we head into the winter.

“At Engine House Fitness, we understand the value of mental and physical, health to your employees and your team.
